The Promoter may amend the Promotional Period in accordance with state legislative rules.
Contesting Period Dates Weekdays only, from 5 December 2016 to 16 December 2016
Times Between 7:00am and 6:00pm AEST
"Contesting Day" means an individual day during the Contesting Period. "Contesting Segment" means an individual
Contesting Segment on a Contesting Day.
Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of Queensland, residing in the Townsville licensed broadcast area.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter once only.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must during the Contesting Period:
1. Spend $20 or more at a participating store in Castletown Shopping Centre to receive an ornament for the Christmas
Winning Tree (“Ornament”).
2. Write their name and contact phone number on the Ornament and hang it on the Christmas Winning Tree in Castletown
Shopping Centre.
On each Contesting Day:
1. The Promoter will randomly select four (4) Ornaments from those hanging on the Christmas Winning Tree.
2. The Promoter will then call each of the entrants whose Ornaments have been chosen. If the entrant answers their phone
within five (5) rings, they will receive one (1) entry into the Major Prize draw. If they do not answer, they will not receive
an enty into the Major Prize draw and their Ornament will not be placed back on the tree.
At the end of the Contesting Period, the Promoter will hold a draw in accordance with the Draw Details from all entrants in the
Major Prize draw to determine one (1) Winner.

If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award
the prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.

Arrangements
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the
Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will conduct a further draw between 9am and 12pm AEST on 17 March 2017 at 4TO FM
studio in order to award the prize(s). Any winner(s) in this draw will be notified by phone at the time of winning.
Additional Terms If Major Prize winner is out of Townsville Licensed Broadcast area, they must organise own shipping of Major Prize to their
home location.
