9. How to enter:
Listen to 97.3FM all this week for your chance to win a cruise for two people on the stunning P&O Pacific Aria. To play simply listen for the cue to call. 97.3FM will then get two random callers on the line for a best out of three. Listeners must use their first names as their buzzer and the first listener to gain 2 points will win.
If a listener guesses incorrectly the point is awarded to the other player. The winner of the game will then be put on standby for Friday’s Major prize draw of the 7-night cruise on the Pacific Aria.
In the event of a tie the announcer will give a tie breaker question and the first listeners who can buzz in first and correctly answer the question will win.

Prize winner and guest must be over the age of 18 to attend the Cruise.
Cruise is strictly for 10th March 2017 – 17th March 2017 and dates cannot be changed.
Winners and their guest must have a current Australian Passport and must have a minimum of 6 months validity from the 17th of March 2017.
Winners must not be excluded from travelling to any of the countries or cities mentioned in the prizing detail.
20. Cruiseabout Special Conditions
1. The winners will receive the following prize package:
a. 10 March 2017 Cruise - 7 night, Pacific Island Hopper Cruise for two people departing Brisbane on 10 March 2017, returning to Brisbane on 17 March 2017, on Pacific
Aria, twin, balcony cabin, includes $600 onboard spending money and a Cruiseabout merchandise kit, journey code: a711n.
2. The total prize package has an approximate value of $4000.00, which is in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.
3. The winners must take the prize as offered. The prize is not transferable, redeemable, refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
4. The prize, and booking of the prize, are subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of Cruiseabout (available at
www.cruiseabout.com.au) and P&O Australia’s conditions of carriage. Winners must have a valid passport to board the Pacific Aria. Once the prize has been booked, full amendment and cancellation fees apply to the winner as per the standard booking terms and conditions of Cruiseabout and P&O Australia’s conditions of carriage.
5. The prize does not include transfers, visas, travel insurance, pre/post accommodation, excess baggage, excursions/tours, optional activities, freight tipping, extension of stay, additional passengers, passports, visas or any other items not specified in the prize details. In particular, any costs and arrangements associated with the travel, accommodation, passport requirements and other logistics for the winners travel to and from the cruise departure point noted in clause 1.a which are not specified in the prize details are the sole responsibility of the winners.
6. The Promoter acknowledges that the prize is provided by a third party supplier (Flight Centre Travel Group Limited trading as Cruiseabout, and P&O Australia) and notes that any and all terms and conditions determined by this supplier will apply to the winners of the promotion as follows.
a. Receipt of the prize through this promotion creates a contract between Cruiseabout, P&O Australia and the winner, which gives the winner a non-transferable travel prize to the specified cruise noted in 1.a. The prize will automatically terminate if the winner: (a) tries to resell the prize; (b) resells this prize through a broker or agent; (c) advertises or offers this prize for resale on the internet or in any other medium; or, (d) uses this prize for advertising, promotion or other commercial purpose (including competitions or trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, without the prior, written permission of Cruiseabout or Pacific Aria. Each of Cruiseabout and Pacific Aria has the right to deny admission on the Pacific Aria if the license has terminated, or where otherwise permitted under the applicable booking terms and/or conditions of carriage
7. To the extent permitted by law: (a) none of the Promoter, Cruiseabout or P&O Australia makes any representations or
warranties as to the suitability of the prize; and (b) no compensation will be payable if, for any reason, a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The winner accepts the prize 'as is' and acknowledges that none of the Promoter, Cruiseabout or P&O Australia accepts any responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize.
The Australian Radio Network General Terms and Conditions as published on the Station Website and available from the Stations reception on request subject to such variations may be provided for in this Schedule.
