Entries not made in accordance with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. Acceptance of the prize by the prize winner is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. The promotion commences at 5pm Thursday 24th November 2016 AEDT and closes at 11.59 Wednesday 30 November 2016 AEDT (the “Promotional Period”). This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the selection of the winner of the prize. 7. One entry per eligible person only per day. 8. One winner will be chosen according to their response to the Entry question on 1st December 2016 at Air New Zealand Limited, Level 12, 7 Macquarie Place, Sydney, NSW. The name of the Winner will be Posted on each Competition Facebook Post and on these Terms & Conditions by 2nd December 5pm AEDT. Attempts will be made to notify the winner via Facebook Messaging. Their answer to the question may be published on Air New Zealand Australia’s social media platforms or on
www.airnewzealand.com.au. If a prize winner wishes to claim their prize, the prize winner must confirm this and also their eligibility to win under these terms and conditions by 5:00pm 7th December 2016. If the prize winner fails to do either or both of those things by the deadline, that prize winner will be deemed to have forfeited their prize. 9. Subject to any written directions given under Reg. 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations (SA) or other applicable law, in the event that any prize winner forfeits their prize or a prize remains unclaimed by 5:00pm 7th December 2016, then a new winner will be selected based on their Entry response. The new winner will be posted on Facebook on 8th December 2016 at the same place as the original selection. 10. The answer and name of the second prize winner may be published on Air New Zealand’s social media platforms. In the event that the second winner does not claim their prize or is ineligible, the Promoter will select further winners until the prize is awarded (subject to any further regulatory directions). 11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 12. The prize value is valid on flights from 30 January 2017 until 30 June 2017 and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any subsequent variation in prize value. Flights are subject to availability at the time of booking, and booking must be made at least 30 days prior to planned departure date. Any changes to booking are subject to availability at the same fare level and a booking fee. 13. In the case of each prize
the winner is responsible for paying all additional or ancillary costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included (as stated in clause [11] above), including (where applicable) spending money, accommodation, transport, flights, transfers, meal costs, insurance, passport and visa requirements and all other incidentals. 14. The prize cannot be converted into cash. The prize is not transferable to other persons or organisations. If a prize or receipt of it incurs a tax liability, the relevant prize winner is liable for payment of such tax. 15.
