Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and prizes form a part of these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). Any entry not complying with the T&Cs is invalid.
Entry is open to persons who during the Competition Period, are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal parent or guardian to enter. For any entrants under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent/guardian.
Employees of Purebaby Pty Ltd. and their families are not eligible to enter.
Purebaby Pty Ltd. (Promoter) reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who is not eligible in accordance with these T&Cs. If there is any dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
A maximum of one (1) entry per person applies.
The competition commences at 12:01am AEST/ADST on 11 November and closes at 11:59pm AEST/ADST on 2 December 2016 (‘Promotional Period’).
To enter the competition entrants must:
Make a purchase at any Purebaby store (excluding David Jones) or on purebaby.com.au during the competition period.
The winning entrant will be selected on 5 December 2016 at 10:00am at 135 Cromwell Street, Collingwood , Victoria 3066, Australia.
The winning entry will receive a $1,000 Purebaby gift voucher. There is only one prize available.
Gift vouchers are subject to Gift Voucher T&Cs, which form part of the contract of sale and use for this gift voucher. By using this gift voucher you are accepting these T&Cs. The gift voucher is not redeemable on Leander product.
The voucher may be redeemed at any Purebaby boutique, outlet or Purebaby.com.au. The voucher may not be redeemed at Purebaby David Jones concessions.
The gift voucher may be redeemed for goods (not cash or vouchers). The gift voucher may be used across multiple transactions, but cash change will not be given. The gift voucher may be used on full price or sale items. The gift voucher expires 12 months after date of issue. Any unused balance will be forfeited. Lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers will not be replaced.
The prize is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The winner will be notified by email within five business days of the prize draw and will need to provide their postal address for the voucher to be mailed.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify an entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion as appropriate.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees or agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising any way of the of the Promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
Any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
Any variation in prize value to that stated in the T&Cs;
Any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
Use of the prize
Purebaby reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the prizes to cancel or vary the competition, or cancel, vary or withdraw its prizes. If Purebaby cancels or varies the competition, or cancels, varies or withdraws its prizes, it is not:
liable to any person for any costs, loss or damage whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; or
required to conduct the Competition or a like Competition at any other time.
As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner may be required to sign legal documentation in a form required by the Promoter in their absolute discretion including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
