a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants expressly acknowledge that content submitted as part
of their entry may be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes including online and in all other media.

During the Competition Period:
(a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit
the Station Website and complete the online entry form including by providing their contact details, and responding to the 25 words or less question: “Which Intrepid Cycle Tours destination do you want to visit and why?”
(b) Each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the entry it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified, and that entry will be awarded the Major prize.
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form.

Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, humour, suitability for online publishing, and relevance to the competition question.
There is one (1) Major prize to be won, as follows:
Major prize: One (1) $5000 Helloworld Intrepid Cycle Tours voucher valued at $5,000AUD (incl GST)
Travel must be booked by 30th march 2017 for departures before 15th December 2017.
Major prize can be redeemed on any Intrepid cycling adventure booked through Helloworld excluding independent journeys, short break adventures, urban adventures and private groups.
All tours, activities, bookings and redemption subject to availability at the time of booking.

Prizes must be claimed by 4:00PM AEDT on Tuesday 14th March 2017.
The Major prize will be provided to the winner in the form of voucher which will be available for collection from the Station.
By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter, Helloworld Limited and Intrepid Group a perpetual, non- exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and promotional purposes.
Major prize voucher redemption subject to the Terms and Conditions at
www.intrepidtravel.com. If for any reason the winner cannot comply with the Terms and Conditions stipulated at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion they will forfeit the Major prize in its entirety.
Travel must be taken before the dates be specified by the Promoter on the Major prize voucher, and are subject to black- out period as specified by Helloworld Limited. If a winner and travelling companion are, for whatever reason, unable to travel during these dates or do not take an element of the prize within the time stipulated, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner.
The winner (and their travelling companion) is responsible for
all other expenses not included within the Major prize voucher including but not limited to meals (other than those specified), incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, phone calls, gratuities, optional activities and excursions, freight, excess baggage, ground transport, visas, spending money, travel insurance and all transfers, including travel costs internationally and domestically where needed to fulfil the Major prize. A credit card imprint may be required at check-in to any hotels, for all incidental charges.
It is the traveller’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at the destinations. Any fines, penalties, payments of expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveller.
All prize travel booked as a part of the Major prize voucher will be subject to the carrier’s General Conditions of Carriage. The Promoter, Helloworld and carrier make no representations as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. By entering this Competition, and by redeeming the Major prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses.
