Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes offered form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these conditions of entry.

3. Entry is open to anybody who subscribes to the Cruise Express mailing list prior to the 15th of December 2016.
You may enter as many time as you like however entry is restricted to one per email address.
4. By entering you agree to receive Cruise Express cruise promotion information between now and the 15th of December.
You may unsubscribe at any time after that date by clicking on the 'unsubscribe' link at the foot of any email.
5. This promotion commences on the 16th of November and concludes at 6.00am on the 15th December.
6. The total prize pool is $2000 comprising one major cruise prize valued at $2000
7. The major prize is a three night ‘cruise to nowhere’ for two people sailing onboard Royal Caribbean’s Ovation of the Seas in a Balcony cabin.
The cruise departs Sydney Overseas Passenger Terminal on the 17th February 2017 & returns to Sydney on the 20th of February 2017.
8. The cruise includes accommodation, meals and entertainment. It excludes dining in speciality restaurants onboard and alcoholic beverages.
9. The prize must be taken exactly as offered. No changes, additions or variations are allowed. The prize is not transferable and has no cash value.
The cabin number may not be allocated until date of sailing and may at the cruise lines discretion be upgraded to a cabin of a higher grade. There is no cash value to the prize.
10. The prize winner can redeem their prize by calling: Cruise Express on 02 4312 5160 and advising the consultant of their prize
11. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. It is highly recommended that the winner organises travel insurance in case of cancellation or medical problems that may occurring before or during travel. Gift card funds may be used to purchase travel insurance via Cruise Express.
13. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation. The Promoter also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
