This offer is open to the public who are Australian residents. Directors, management, employee’s officers and contractors and their families of the promoter or companies associated with Autograph are ineligible to enter. Participants must be over the ages of 18 years of age to enter.
The competition commences on 12th December 2016 at 6:00am AEDT, and concludes on 23rd December at 16:00pm AEDT.
Entries not including all required information will be deemed ineligible.
How to enter
To enter, the Facebook user must follow Autograph fashion Facebook page and the question in 25 words or less under the image posted. Only 1 entry per person is eligible to enter.
Entries that are incomplete, unlawful, obscene, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, racial or offensive will not be eligible for entry.
Daily prize winners will be drawn at random at 5pm AEDT at Autograph head office, 151 – 163 Wyndham Street, Alexandria NSW 2015 phone within 24 hours of daily competition closure. Competitions running on a weekend will be drawn on the following Monday. Daily competitions open, close and are drawn on the following dates:
1. Prize draw day 1: Opens on 12th Dec at 12pm, closes on 13th Dec at 11:59am, drawn on 13th December by 5pm.
2. Prize draw day 2: Opens on 13th Dec at 12pm, closes on 14th Dec at 11:59am, drawn on 14th December by 5pm.
3. Prize draw day 3: Opens on 14th Dec at 12pm, closes on 15th Dec at 11:59am, drawn on 15th December by 5pm.
4. Prize draw day 4: Opens on 15th Dec at 12pm, closes on 16th Dec at 11:59am, drawn on 16th December by 5pm.
5. Prize draw day 5: Opens on 16th Dec at 12pm, closes on 17th Dec at 11:59am, drawn on 17th December by 5pm.
6. Prize draw day 6: Opens on 17th Dec at 12pm, closes on 18th Dec at 11:59am, drawn on 19th December by 5pm.
7. Prize draw day 7: Opens on 18th Dec at 12pm, closes on 19th Dec at 11:59am, drawn on 19th December by 5pm.
8. Prize draw day 8: Opens on 19th Dec at 12pm, closes on 20th Dec at 11:59am, drawn on 20th December by 5pm.
9. Prize draw day 9: Opens on 20th Dec at 12pm, closes on 21st Dec at 11:59am, drawn on 21st December by 5pm.
10. Prize draw day 10: Opens on 21st Dec at 12pm, closes on 22nd Dec at 11:59am, drawn on 22nd December by 5pm.
11. Prize draw day 11: Opens on 22nd Dec at 12pm, closes on 23rd Dec at 11:59am, drawn on 23nd December by 5pm.
12. Prize draw day 12: Opens on 23rd Dec at 12pm, closes on 23rd Dec at 4pm, drawn on 23rd at December 5pm.
If any of the prizes are not claimed within 48 hours after competition is drawn, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the promoter reserves the rights to conduct a redraw. The competition is drawn at the same location as the original draw.
All redrawn winners will be notified in writing via Facebook and in the entry post. The new winner’s details will be published within 48 hours of the new winner being redrawn.

If by any chance the prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the rights to substitute the prize with a similar items and to equal value.
The prize advertised on Facebook may not be the exact prize, due to selling out of product online and in store at Autograph. A similar prize valued at the same price will replace the draw day prize.
OTHER
Autograph has the rights to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrants where the promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Autograph accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information
Autograph reserves the rights at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and or/ this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery department and without liability to the participants.
If for any reason the winners does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
The prize, or nay unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the promoters reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend or modify a prize.
To the extent permitted by law, the promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss, inquiry, lost property, misplacement of delivery, damage, personal injury which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize.
