Contest Rules:

Entry into the ‘Wagner Summer Giveaway’ promotion is open to Australian residents only. The promotion is being run in the state of VIC, which is where entries are submitted and nominated winners selected. Employees of Wagner Australia or any persons associated with the employees or the promoter and any entity associated with the promoter in the conduct of its business are unable to enter.

The ‘Wagner Summer Giveaway’ promotion commences 16th December 2016 and concludes Thursday 22nd December 2016 (closes at 12pm AEST) or until otherwise advised.

To be eligible to win, entrants must complete the entry form in full with their name, email, city, state and postcode. Entrants are limited to one (1) entry.

There is one prize pack to be won during the promotion period. Total value of the prize pack is $500 RRP including GST.  Prize pack comprises of 1 x Wagner Flexio 585 paint sprayer, 1 x Wagner Furno 500 Heat Gun, 1 x Wagner 12X12 Heavy Duty Drop Cloth and 1 x $100 Wish Gift Card.

The nominated winner will be contacted via email and/or phone and will be announced on the Wagner Australia Facebook page on Thursday 22nd December. If prize is not claimed within 2 weeks of the draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Friday 6th January 2017. The ‘Wagner Summer Giveaway’ promotion is a game of chance and the winner will be chosen at random by Wagner.

Entrants consent to Wagner using their name and suburb/city in the event they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period. This will include, but is not limited to, their name and state/suburb being posted on Facebook.

Wagner reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
