Terms and Conditions
1. This game of skill competition is promoted by Photobooth Finder ABN 75 877 231 539
2. These terms and conditions shall apply to all entries into the competition. You will be entered into the competition to win a Photo Booth hire worth up to $300 when you meet all the criteria. The criteria are: Submit an enquiry to one or more of our photo booth hire operators via

www.facebook.com/photoboothfinder3. There is only one prize and no alternative or cash prize is offered.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted to the competition . You must be a resident of Australia and 18 years of age or over to qualify as the winner of this competition. This competition is not open to employees of any photo booth hire business
5. All entries must be received by 23.59 EDT on the 31st Dec 2016
6. The judging will be conducted at the address of:

7. The competition is open from the posting of this competition notification on
www.photoboothfinder.com.au until the 31st Dec 2016.
8. The winner shall be judged within 30 days of the Closing Date and the judges decision is final.
9. The winner will be notified via email to the email address provided by you when submitting your enquiry via the Photobooth Finder website. To claim your prize you must respond to the email within 1 month of the notification email being sent. Failure to claim the prize within the specified time shall result in a further draw taking place and a new winner being selected.
10. In the event of an unclaimed prize , a redraw will occur on the 1st Feb 2017.
11. The winner of the redraw will be notified via email to the email address provided by you when submitting your enquiry via the Photobooth Finder website. To claim your prize you must respond to the email within 14 days of the notification email being sent. Failure to claim the prize within the specified time shall result in a forfeit of the prize and no redraw will be performed.
12. Photobooth Finder does not accept responsibility for any lost, late or misdirected entries of any network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry or any electronic communication by you.
13. To redeem your prize the winner must notify Photobooth Finder in writing within 3 months of the prize being claimed which of the Photobooth Finder member photo booth hire operators they have made a future booking with.
14. An invoice made out to Photobooth Finder from the member photo booth hire operator for up to $300 worth of photo booth hire must also be provided. It is up the prize winner to contact and book their preferred photo booth operator from the Photobooth Finder website and to handle all aspects of the actual future photo booth hire.
15. The prize winner may choose to hire a photo booth from a Photobooth Finder member operator for more than the value of the prize however they will be responsible and liable for all costs over and above the $300 prize value.
16. The prize is non transferable. The prize can not be used to pay for a past photo booth hire.
17. If any act, omission, event or circumstances occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Photobooth Finder and which prevents Photobooth Finder from complying with these terms and conditions, Photobooth Finder will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and Photobooth Finder reserves the right (to the fullest extent permitted by any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the prize draw or alternatively substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value. 18. Except in the case of damage arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law; Photobooth Finder and its associated officers, employees and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) arising in connection with this prize draw, the promotion of this prize draw, from the use of the prize or from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize. The changing of the prize is subject to the approval of Australian state and territory regulatory authorities.
19. All entries agree to potentially having their entries published on the Photobooth Finder Facebook page as part of the promotion and their Facebook profiles tagged.
20. If you win the prize you agree to Photobooth Finder publishing the fact that you won the prize and providing your name to other entrants. You may find out the name of the winner by sending a stamped address envelope to Photobooth Finder at the below address.
