The winners will sail from Sydney on April 27, 2017. After a day at sea, you’ll arrive in Brisbane for a day of sightseeing, then it’s another two relaxing sea days before a day ashore in tropical Cairns. The final port of call is Alotau, New Guinea, a paradise of white-sand beaches, crystal waterfalls and volcanic mountains, before ending your cruise in the Northern Territory capital of Darwin. Entry is free and open to Australian + New Zealand Citizens aged 18 years and over. Employees of Holidays of Australia Group, Cruise Passenger and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Entries must be submitted via the online entry form provided by Cruise Passenger. This promotion is being conducted by Holidays of Australia Group (“the Promoter”) of 18-20 Grenfell Street, Adelaide, South Australia, 5000 and runs from 13th December, 2016 to 9th March, 2017.
There is one prize, which will be awarded to the most creative entry. The Promoter will appoint a panel of judges to evaluate eligible entrants’ entries. Entries will be judged on the creativity of answers given. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.

Company reserves the right to offer alternative dates and/or itineraries. Arrival and departure transfers, port charges and tipping for two are at winners expense. Valued at AUD$8,049. Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
The prize does not include passports, airport lounges, Australian domestic transfers, additional accommodation made necessary by flight schedules, additional meals or drinks purchased on board or other spending money. If flights booked are over the $1,000 included with the flight voucher, it is the winners responsibility to pay for any fare difference applicable.
Additional expenses including, meals not specified in the chosen trip itinerary, insurance, any optional tours or activities during free time, tips and items of a personal nature, are at passengers’ expense. We recommend you take out travel insurance prior to travel, as it is not included. A valid passport is required for all international journeys.
It is the responsibility of the individual to advise of any medical conditions, allergies or dietary requirements in advance of the competition.
The Prize must be taken in full and as a package as per the specified departure date of April 27, 2017. The Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. If the winner is unavailable to travel on the date stipulated by the Promoter, the winner will forfeit the prize, which they are unable to redeem. In the event that the winner is unable to redeem the prize on the date stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor another prize will be awarded in lieu of the forfeited prize. In the event that the entire prize is forfeited by the winner, the Promoter will award the prize to the next valid entry as determined by the judges appointed by the Promoter. Prizes must be taken on the date specified by the Promoter.

The winner/s must claim the prize by 31st March 2017 by replying to the notification email or confirming via phone. You must present your prize letter at the time of booking to redeem your prize. The value of this prize, itinerary and inclusions are correct at time of printing and subject to change at any time. Any change to the prize between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter(s).
Entries close at 5pm EDST 6th March 2017. One (1) entry will be selected at 5.00pm on 8th March 2017, from all entries. The prize is non-negotiable, and may not be replaced or refunded.

Entrants can only enter the competition once. Prize-winner will be notified by Holidays of Australia Group on 8th March 2017. The winner will be contacted by either email or phone. (v) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;

(vii) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
