Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
If a prize winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent/guardian on their behalf.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Promotion commences at 12:00pm (AEST) on 16/12/16
and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 24/12/16 (“Promotional Period”). To enter, individuals must complete the following entry method during the Promotional Period; enter first name, last name and email address into respective fields on competition page. Entrants must also tick the box declaring their agreement to these terms and conditions. (“Eligible Entrant”)
Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. The draw made from all eligible entrants will take place at Urban Walkabout Pty Limited, 120a Devonshire St, Surry Hills NSW 2010 on 23/09/16 at 10:00am (AEST). The winner will be notified within two working days of the draw, using the contact email provided with their entry. The prizes will be mailed to the address provided.
Two entries chosen from all eligible entries received will receive all of the following:

A haircut and blow dry at Head Over Heels Hair and Make Up worth the value of $70
A massage and facial at Secret World Thai Massage worth the value of $118
Total prize valued at $248. Prize must be taken as offered. The prize is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize.
As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
In the event that the prize, or part of the prize, is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or part of the prize in its discretion with an alternative prize or part of the prize to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various Lottery Departments.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including but not limited to natural disaster) the Promoter reserves the right to subject to reference to all relevant state and territory rules and regulations, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
If necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be held on 07/01/17 at the same time and place as the original draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prize. Any winner from this draw will be notified by email within two working days of the draw.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
