Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry, by adhering to the terms and conditions of entry to like, tag and share the competition posts, entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
The competition commences on 23rd December at 4:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and concludes on 6th January 2017 at 11:59pm AEST. Participants must be residents of Australia and be over the age of 18 years.

Participants will be entered into a random prize draw to win the major prize draw for 2 adults and 2 children. The prize is as follows:
A family pass for entry to the Cairns Zoom and Wildlife Dome (Valued at $207)
A family pass for entry to Rainforestation Nature Park (Valued at $117.50)
A return Skyrail Rainforest Cableway family experience for 2 adults and 2 children. (Valued at $150)

The winner will be selected by a random draw. The drawing of the prize will be conducted at: Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, Corner of Captain Cook Highway and Cairns Western Arterial Road, Cairns, Queensland, 4870 on Monday 9th January 2017 at 11:00am AEST.
The name of the prize winner will be published on the news section of the Skyrail website and shared on social media. The prize winner will be notified by Facebook.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash and can not be used in conjunction with any other offers. The prize must be redeemed prior to 31st January 2018. All prize components are subject to availability. Advance bookings are essential when redeeming prize components. Accommodation is not available during Australian School Holidays. Travel period excludes school holidays. Must adhere to terms listed on each voucher provided by the prize donators.
If the winner does not claim their prize, an unclaimed prize draw will be scheduled to award the prize to another eligible entrant. As the original draw is scheduled for 09/01/2017, the winner is entitled to claim their prize until 09/03/2017. The unclaimed prize draw will take place on 10/03/2017. The draw will take place as above, the winner contacted by Facebook and published on the news section of the Skyrail website and shared on social media.
All expenses outside of the stated prize; are at the cost and responsibility of the winner. Travel insurance is not provided and we recommend the prize winner and travel companion/s obtain comprehensive travel insurance including medical coverage (at their own expense) prior to travel.
Each entrant, including the prize winner and any travel companion/s, releases and indemnifies Skyrail Rainforest Cableway and the prize contributors against all liability (including tax liability), cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the prize or participation in the promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
By accepting the prize, the winner and the winner’s travel companion/s agree that Skyrail Rainforest Cableway and the associated prize providers may use their name, likeness, appearance, voice and biographical information for its promotional and publicity purposes.
By entering the competition, each entrant agrees to allow Skyrail Rainforest Cableway to share entrant contact information (name, suburb and email address) with participating prize companies (Cairns ZOOM and Wildlife Dome, Rainforestation Nature Park, Bad Fishy Jet Boating Cairns, Deep Sea Divers Den and Cairns Coconut Holiday Park) for Sales, Marketing and Promotional purposes.
Skyrail’s decision concerning any aspect of this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
