The promotion consists of 1 draw with the first valid entry to win. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize is for a holiday for 4 to Cable Beach Resort & Spa in Broome. The total prize value is $5,500 approximately. The prize is to be taken at a time agreed between the winner and Cable Beach Resort & Spa before January 31st 2017. Claremont Quarter takes no responsibility for the availability of either party for redemption of the prize during this time. A $2,000 HelloWorld gift voucher will be put towards booking flights through HelloWorld Claremont Quarter.
Claremont Quarter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, suffered (including, but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
