Learn how to draw fresh water fauna with artist Andrew Seward.

Using museum specimens as inspiration, learn drawing techniques to capture the animals who live in our local streams and rivers.

Bring your drawings to life using all kinds of pencils – lead, colour and water colour. Andrew Seward is an artist whose practice is based on observational drawing.

While inspired by natural forms ranging from microscopic to landscape he is also fascinated by human influences, the role of the observer and art history.

A passionate teacher, his classes impart real skills in order to foster confidence in the ability of all students and to enable them to see their own work and the world with new clarity
