•Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia only and entrants must be over 18 years of age. •Employees of The Online Jewellery Company (OJ Co Pty Ltd) and their subsidiary agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. •Competition opens 12pm (AEST) on 19th January 2017 until 12pm (AEST) 18th february 2017. •The prize will be selected at the offices of The Online Jewellery Company •The winner will be contacted by email. •The winner will be published on The Online Jewellery Company’s website ojco.com.au once they have been contacted and verified • If the prize winners cannot be contacted within 1 week of them being announced as the winners, then the prize will be forfeited by the original winner and OJ Co will choose another winner to award the relevant prize to. • This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged on their individual merit. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, OJ Co shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the Prize or entering the Competition. •There is one prize winner who will receive the $1000 Voucher for Weddings rings from The Online Jewellery Company as promoted.• Images shown in promotional material is not true to size. • The prize competition jewellery might be ‘made to order’ to a specific ring size and there could be a 3 - 4 week delivery time for the jewellery prize, calculated from the time of obtaining relevant details from winner. • A photograph of the winner will be requested to be used on OJ Co promotional material. If winner is local to Sydney this can be arranged at OJ Co’s premises. •Participants grant The Online Jewellery Company (OJ Co Pty Ltd) a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty free, worldwide licence to use, modify, adapt and publish their entry material for marketing and other purposes associated with this competition. Participants waive any moral rights in the material, and warrant that they are entitled to grant these in the material supplied.
