Dates and schedules of the Event and major prize are not under the Promoters’ control and are subject to change. The promoter takes no responsibility for any date or scheduled changes.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion), entrants and their companion must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order to be eligible to win and participate in the Minor Prize or Major Prize (as applicable).
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.

(a) During the Promotion Period, commercials will air across the Station inviting entrants to visit the Station Website during the Promotion Period and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by providing their full name, residential address, contact telephone number and current and valid email address. Major Prize
There is one (2) major prize to be won, as follows: First Major Prize:

Additional Prize Terms and Conditions – Minor Prize
Photo I.D to enter the venue is required. Photo I.D must meet the standards of Australian photo identification. The venue reserves the right to refuse any person entry, into the venue, or as any person to leave the venue, including, but not limited to, those who appear drunk or intoxicated.
Check in and out times are subject to the Sage Hotel and will be specified to the winner and their companion prior to Tuesday 14th February 2017.
The winner and/or their companion must have a valid credit card to accept this prize. Each winner will be required to place a credit card against the room for any damages or additional personal charges that may occur during the stay at Sage Hotel in Fortitude Valley. Failure to do so will result in the winner and/or their companion being ineligible to accept the prize.
It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to and from Sage Hotel. Parking at the hotel is not included and will be at the expense of the winner and/or their companion.
Dress standards apply (at the discretion of the venue).
The Promoter will not be liable and takes no responsibility for any refusal or dismissal of entry by the venue of any person for any reason.

Additional Travel Prize Terms and Conditions – Major Prize
- The winner and their companion may be required to sign a code of conduct and/or a legal release or releases in the form determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion prior to participating in the prize. Failure to do so as determined by the
Promoter (in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion) will result in the prize winner forfeiting their prize.
- All components of the prize are to be arranged by a representative of the Promoter and/or an agent nominated by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
- Redeeming the prize and any tickets, passes or vouchers issued as part of the prize is conditional on acceptance of terms and conditions as detailed by the Promoter.
- All travel must be completed by the six (6) month expiry period and is subject to availability which may depend on applicable blackout periods as advised by any prize provider, select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner.
- The winner and/or their companion must have a valid credit card to accept this prize. - No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is not refundable or transferable and must be taken on the dates specified as above.
- The Promoter and prize providers accept no responsibility for any changes and/or cancellations to the events or activities. - The prize winner and their companion consent to the Promoter conducting a criminal record check prior to their participation in the prize. The Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse the prize winner and/or their companion’s participation in the prize, if the prize winner and/or their companion have a criminal record or any criminal charges pending. In these circumstances, the prize winner and/or their companion will forfeit all claims in relation to the prize.
