Terms and Conditions - Kung Fu Yoga Competition

    The Atlantis, The Palm Kung Fu Yoga Competition (“Competition”) is open to individuals globally. Entrants must be over eighteen (18) years of age. Employees, officers and directors of Atlantis, The Palm Limited and Kerzner International Limited (“Sponsor”) together with employees, cast and crew of the Kung Fu Yoga Movie are not eligible. The contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited
    Participation in this Competition constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this competition
    The competition begins on 28 December 2016 at 0900 Gulf Standard Time and ends 14 February 2017 at 23:59 Gulf Standard Time (“Competition Period”)
    To be eligible the following criteria must be satisfied:
        a. The entrant must follow an official social media account of Atlantis, The Palm either on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube or Snapchat
        b. Fully complete the competition registration form on AtlantisThePalm.com/win
        c. Be available for travel to Dubai and stay in Atlantis, The Palm for 3 nights between 26 February and 30 June 2017, subject to availability and blackout dates may apply
    Prize (“Prize”)
        a. 3 night stay in a Deluxe Room at Atlantis, The Palm for 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12
        b. Return economy airfare to Dubai from the winners closest international airport for 2 adults and 2 children
    The Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) will take place at Atlantis, The Palm on 15 February 2017. The winner will be contacted and announced on official Atlantis, The Palm Social Media Channels
    The Winner (“Winner”) must be available for travel to Dubai and stay in Atlantis, The Palm from 26 February – 30 June 2017, should they fail to confirm this condition when notified on 15 February 2017 a subsequent Prize Draw will take place until a Winner is found that satisfies these Terms and Conditions
    The Prize is valid for the maximum occupancy in a Deluxe Room at Atlantis, The Palm (2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12) supplement charges apply and/or additional bookings will have to be made for additional guests and is subject to availability
    The Prize is not transferable and no substitution will be made. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize should any of it become unavailable
    The Winner is responsible for all taxes and personal expenses, visas and travel insurance. The Winner agrees to provide a valid credit card imprint upon arrival to guarantee payment of extra charges
    The Winner agrees and consents to the Sponsor using the Winner’s name, nicknames, screen names, likeness, image and/or prize information in connection with the Competition for promotional, advertising or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the internet, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law
    The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Competition, or any part of it, if any virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion
    The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Competition or to be acting in violation of the Rules or in a disruptive manner
