After Lipstadt publishes her book “Denying the Holocaust” in 1993, Irving takes legal action due to her citing him as a denier. Suing her for defamation under English law, Lipstadt and her legal team need to prove that the Holocaust happened.

Directed by Tom Wilkinson, Denial proves to be an inspirational story of one woman’s fight for historical truth and showcases that standing for what you believe always trumps the doubters.
