- This Contest - “Best Snapper Award - April Fool's Day” is hosted by ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (“ASUS”)
- Detailed information with respect to how to play and win prizes in connection with this specific Contest, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy on ASUS official website constitutes part of this Contest Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this Contest is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Participants (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.
- The Contest will begin on March 31st 2017 at 9:00pm (UTC+08:00) and will end on April 7th 2017 at 11:59pm (UTC+08:00) (“Contest Period”).
- By entering the Contest, each Participant agrees to the “Entry Requirements” stated below and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements set out.
- No entry fee. No purchase of obligation is necessary to participate or to win.
[Who May Enter]
- The Contest is open globally to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and over and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in, and who have an active Facebook account or email address and internet access at the time of entry (“Participants”).
- Participants shall have only one account under the participant's name used in the social media account. Multiple entries are allowed.
[Winners]
- Participants will stand a chance to win a ZenFone 3 (ZE552KL). The Winner will be announced on ASUS Facebook page (
www.facebook.com/asus).
- Winner will be selected by our ASUS internal judge based on originality / creativity (30%), fun element (30%), technical excellence (25%) and composition (15%).
- ASUS reserves the right to disqualify the winning entry that is suspected to be the result of cheating or other fraud without notifying the Winner.
- Winner will be confirmed and contacted by ASUS by email. Winner can also send message to ASUS official Facebook page should they receive no email after one week of winner announcement. Participants shall ensure the contact information from the Facebook or registration account is current and accurate.
[Prize]
- There will be a total of One ZenFone 3 (ZE552KL) to be won. The prize has a retail value equal to local retail price.
- ASUS will cover all required postage costs. Winners will be responsible for any import fees required in the selected country of postage.
- Allow up to six (6) to eight (
weeks for delivery of prize.
- The prize will be forfeited should the contact information provided is inaccurate or different from the information of registration account.
- ASUS will not replace any lost or stolen prize after delivery.
- ASUS reserves the right to substitute the prize in the case of unavailability.
- No prize transfer, assignment or substitution by Winners is permitted.

- This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You agree to grant Facebook a complete release regarding this Contest. - The image content must not include pornographic, violent or controversial elements. If these are found, ASUS reserves the right to delete the entry automatically.
- Participants should warrant all entry photos are 100% original and do not violate the right of privacy or publicity of, or constitute defamation against, any person or entity; that the entry will not infringe upon or violate the copyright or common law rights or any other rights of any person or entity.
- ASUS shall not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by the Participants, internet user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Contest including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or Contest, software failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to your computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest.
