TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The ‘Easter Hashtag Competition’ promotion (“Promotion”) commences at 9.00am Monday, 10 April 2017 and concludes at 8.00am Tuesday 18 April 2017 (“Promotional Period”)
2. The Promotion is promoted by MacArthur Central Shopping Centre of Precision Group of Companies ACN 115 176 111, 255 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000 (“MacArthur Central”).
3. All entrants will be subject to, and will need to adhere to, the terms and conditions as set out by the Promoter and any future terms and conditions or alterations to these terms and conditions.
The Prize
The Promotion consists of the following prize:
i) 1 x $100 Gift Card from the MacArthur Central retailer of the winner’s choice
Total prize pool is to the value of $100
4. The Prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for any other product or cash and is subject to
terms and conditions.
5. The Prize is subject to the Gift Card terms and conditions which can be obtained from the retailer where The
Prize is valid.
6. If the Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a
prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable statutory requirements.
How to Win
7. To enter into the competition, the customer must take a photo of their ‘Free 6 Pack of Hot Cross Buns’ obtained via the Gift With Purchase Promotion (promotion details available at
www.macarthurcentral.com.au), upload to Instagram, tag @macarthurcentral and #showusyourbuns
8. To be eligible to enter the competition, the customer must, during the Promotional Period, have a public Instagram account or change their Instagram account to be public so the entry can be viewed by the Promoter
9. There is no limited as to how many times a person can enter this competition.
10. The winner will be drawn at 8.30am on Tuesday 18 April 2017 and notified via Instagram.
11. The winner will be chosen at the discretion of the judges and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Any decision made by Centre Management at MacArthur Central Shopping Centre, in respect of the
Promotion is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
13. The Promotion is open to all Australian Queensland residents over the age of 18 except employees
contractors and agents of MacArthur Central, sponsors of the Promotion, and their immediate families; employees of Precision Group of Companies and their immediate families; tenants in MacArthur Central, their immediate families; the staff of tenants in the centre and their immediate families; the contractors of tenants in the centre and their immediate families; the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this Promotion and their immediate families. Immediate families mean parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenant means lessees, licensees and in the case of a corporation, includes their directors.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize.
15. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
16. The Promoter (including its related entities) and its respective officers, employees, contractors and agents
shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential economic loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the Promotion or in connection with a Prize.
