Sydney (City and Manly Offices) April Promotion – WIN 1 Ipad Mini!

1. Entry is only open to anyone who is currently living in Sydney, Australia. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to all terms and conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the promoters to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this promotion. Employees (and their immediate families) of Information Planet are ineligible to enter.
2. The promotion starts on the 1st of April 2017 and ends on the 30th of April 2017.
3. To be eligible to enter for the April draw, individuals must pay a course fee at Information Planet Sydney CBD or Manly office.
4. There will be 3 draws in Sydney City Agency (one per department) and 1 draw in Manly Agency.
5. The City prize draw will take place at 10:30 (AEST) on the May 1st, 2017 (at Information Planet Sydney City agency, Level 5, 285 Clarence St, CBD,NSW 2000). The winners will be notified by e-mail or by telephone within two (2) business days of the draw. The winners’ names can be published on Information Planet Facebook Page.
6. The Manly prize draw will take place at 10:30 (AEST) on the May 1st, 2017 (at Information Planet Manly agency, 41A The Corso Manly). The winners will be notified by e-mail or by telephone within two (2) business days of the draw. The winners’ names can be published on Information Planet Facebook Page.
7. The first valid entries drawn in each office will win and the winner will get 1 Ipad Mini. Will be 1 draw by department in the Sydney Office (3 Ipads Mini in total) and 1 draw in the Manly Office (1 Ipad Mini in total).
8. Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
9. A second draw for the prize, if unclaimed, will take place at 10:30 (AEDST / EST) on 15th of May 2017 at the same place as the original draw. The winner will be notified by-mail or by telephone within two (2) business days of the draw. The name of the winner can be published on Information Planet Facebook page.
10. Entrants consent to the promoters using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photography, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products and/or services, distributed and/or supplied by the promoters.
11. Information Planet collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion, and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize's supplier. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The promoters may, for an indefinite time period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrants.
