Entries are limited to one per person.
1. The name of this competition is the “Rent Free Week”. The promoter is Ventura Home Group Pty Ltd trading as Aussie Living Homes ABN 70 093 870 618 of Level 8, 20 Walters Drive, Osborne Park WA (“Promoter”).
2. Entry is open to permanent residents of Western Australia over the age of 18.3. Instructions on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Only entries received by us between 12am 21st April 2017 and 8am 16th June 2017 are eligible.
5. One entry submission per person is permitted.
6. For an entry to be accepted and to allow contact, a unique valid mobile phone number and email address must be provided. Multiple uses of a mobile number or email address will be considered to be the same entrant.
7. Entry can be made via the landing page entry form found on the Aussie Living Homes website
www.aussielivinghomes.com.au. All entries will be submitted directly from the landing page.
8. For the purpose of the prize draw, all valid entries will be entered into a computerised data base.
9. A total of 8 winners will be determined by:
• collating all valid entries received up to the determined periodic time (9am) and date of each draw, with the winning entry chosen by a computerised random number generator; and
• the drawn winners will be notified by Aussie Living Homes via mobile telephone and email to verify their eligibility. Should a finalist be uncontactable within 2 hours of the draw or is ineligible, Aussie Living reserves the right to randomly select another winner.
10. The weekly draws will take place at the following times and dates:
• 12pm 28th April 2017
• 12pm 5th May 2017
• 12pm 12th May 2017
• 12pm 19th May 2017
• 12pm 26th May 2017
• 12pm 2nd June 2017
• 12pm 9th June 2017
• 12pm 16th June 201711. The “Rent Free Week” prize on offer is 8 x $500 prizes, and each are paid via cheque or transfer.
12. The prizes of $500 will be issued within 14 days of each draw with the intention of contributing towards or covering the winner’s rent for one week. Aussie Living Homes takes no responsibility for the actual payment of owed rent to any landlords or managing body associated with a winner’s residence.
13. In addition to the weekly prize draws, entrants who “tag” family and friends on Facebook go in a draw to win a Crown Perth voucher to the value of $500. One eligible entrant will be randomly selected at the final weekly draw on 16th June 2017.14. The winner’s names will be announced on the Aussie Living Homes official Facebook page within 7 days of confirming the winner.
15. It will be the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from the Promoter.
16. The prize must be taken as supplied and it is not transferable.
17. It is a condition of entry that the prize winner agrees to have their name, suburb and photo published for publicity purposes. By participating in this competition, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity if required.
18. Employees of Aussie Living Homes, their associated agencies and immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
19. Aussie Living Homes and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion, and all contestants release from, and indemnify Aussie Living Homes against any claim they may have in respect of all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise. However, this does not limit Aussie Living Homes’ statutory liabilities as builder for any home built by them.
20. The Promoter’s decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to limit entry, discontinue competition or amend rules if considered necessary, without notice (but subject to any required regulatory approval).
21. The completed entry and any information contained thereon shall remain the property of Aussie Living Homes.
22. Completed entries will be collected for the purpose of market research and the entrant agrees to be contacted by Aussie Living Homes, regardless of any listing on a Do Not Call Register, and receive marketing materials from Aussie Living Homes.
23. By completing an entry, the entrants agree to give Aussie Living Homes permission to keep their personal details on record for the use of a database and for market research.
