Photo Identity will be required to claim the prize. A clear link between the Facebook page of the
winning entry and the person claiming to be the winner and the rightful owner of t
he Facebook account

must be able to be demonstrated by the claimant.
9. If a dispute as to the winner’s identity arises, an Australian Commonwealth statutory declaration, (or
relevant country

must be signed by the winner in the presence of an authorised
witness to justify the claimed identity. Two persons may not claim ownership of the one Facebook
account. In such as case, the prize claim will be deemed invalid to both winners and a re-draw performed.
