Double pass to 'Marvel: Creating the Cinematic Universe' at GOMA. See Australia's first major Marvel exhibition and the largest ever presented in an art museum, exclusive to GOMA.
Double pass to the Australian Exclusive exhibition, Gladiators: Heroes of the Colosseum. Step back in time and explore first-hand what life was like as a gladiator in Ancient Rome. Featuring original artefacts from the Colosseum visitors can view archaeological treasures, elaborately decorated gladiator helmets and original arms and armour preserved in the ashes of Pompeii.
Competition period: The competition opens at 9am on 1st May 2017 and closes 9am on 15th May 2017.
How to enter: Entrants must complete and submit the on-line entry form at
http://www.visitbrisbane.com.au/Win/WIN-the-ultimate-blockbuster-event-weekend-in-Brisbane. Only one entry per person. If a person enters the competition more than once all subsequent entries will be deemed to be invalid.
Eligibility: To be eligible to enter this competition a person must:
be a permanent resident of the State of Queensland;
fully and legibly complete all the details on the competition entry form;
not be an employee or contracted staff of the Promoter; and
be over the age of 18 (proof of age may be required to receive prize) or have the consent of one of his or her parents or guardians to enter the competition.
Competition draw: The winner will be drawn at random by a Brisbane Marketing officer at Roy Harvey House, 157 Ann Street, Brisbane, Queensland, 10am 15th May 2017. The winner of the prize will be the first eligible entry randomly drawn. The decision shall be conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into.
Notification: The winner will be notified by email by 5pm on 15th May 2017. Brisbane Marketing will inform the winner about ticket collection once they’ve been selected.
Re-draw: If the winner does not claim the prize or cannot be contacted by email within 2 days of the competition draw date, the Promoter will re-draw the prizewinner until a contactable winner has been located and the prize is claimed.
No Liability of Promoter: The Promoter accepts no responsibility whatsoever for late, misplaced, lost or ineligible entries. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury sustained in connection with the entry into the competition or acceptance of the prize. This paragraph is not intended to exclude any liability which cannot be excluded under Australian consumer protection laws. Any such liability is limited to the resupply of the prize.
Important – Privacy consent: By entering this competition, the entrant consents to the personal information entered on the entry form being collected, stored and used by the Promoter or entities acting on its behalf for the purposes of sending email updates regarding Visit Brisbane.
The Promoter reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions and/or to cancel the competition at any time prior to the competition opening without further recourse to the entrants
13.Force Majeure: If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned (including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter), which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right it its sole discretion to disqualify all entries from any individual who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with the entry process which as a result corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition.
