A cast full of Hollywood’s hottest commodities – including serial hunks Zac Efron and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson – are bringing the iconic series back to life in a feature film.
Mitch Buchannon (Johnson), the plucky leader of the elite Baywatch lifeguard squad, clashes with new recruit Matt Brody (Efron), a disgraced pro athlete brought in as the new face of the team. When a dead body is recovered from the ocean, the two must put aside their differences and work together to stop a criminal mastermind’s drug trafficking operation. If that hasn’t sold you, Baywatch OGs David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson are making cameos – yes please.
