MPETITION

Terms and Conditions of Entry
– Participating in this competit
ion constitutes an acceptance

Eligibility
– entry is open to all Australia
n residents over the age of 18.

Competition Period
– the competition opens at 10a
m on 17 May 2017 and closes at 5
pm on 25 May 17.

Competition Prize
– The prize includes 2 return flights to Sydney from Wellcamp
Airport and 2 nights’
accommodation valid for departure on the 9
th
June 2017, returning on the 11
th
June 2017 (the last full
weekend of the Vivid Live festi
val) as nominated by the promoto
r. Prizes are non‐exchangeable, non‐
transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Flights provided
by QantasLink and valid for travel between
Brisbane West Wellcamp and Sydney only. Passengers must be over
18 years of age or accompanied by an
adult. Qantas Points cannot be accrued. Travel Insurance not in
cluded. QantasLink will not be liable for any
delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.

How to Enter
– To enter, participants must subscribe to the Wellcamp Airpor
t e‐newsletter by following the
link in the “Win a trip to Vivid”
Facebook post. Entries must b
e received within the Competition Period.
Participants can only submit one entry. The Promoter reserves t
he right, at any time, to verify the validity of
entries and entrants and to dis
qualify any participant who subm
its an entry that is not in accordance with
these Terms and Conditions or who
tampers with the entry proces

7.
Prize Draw
– the Prize draw will take place at 11am on 26 May 2017. The w
inner will be notified by email
and will have until the 31 May
2017 to claim their prize. The P
romoter’s decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered int
o regarding the Prize Draw or
result. The Promoter reserves the right, but
is not obliged to, to publish the winner on its website and in
any marketing material for the Brisbane West
Wellcamp Airport.

Prize Collection
– The prize must be redeemed by replaying to the email with fu
ll details of the travellers by
the 31 Mat 2017. If the Prize ha
s not been collec
ted by this da
te, or the Prize winner is not able to be
contacted prior to this date, th
en another Prize Draw will be c
onducted to determine the Prize winner.
