The Waterloo warehouse space showcases dishes from all 19 of Mangan’s restaurants from around the world, including in Japan, Indonesia, Singapore and Australia – from freshly shucked oysters and kingfish sashimi to tempura prawn tacos and lamb rib pancakes.
