ITEM 5: PROMOTION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES
Registrations will open at 9am on Friday 12 May 2017 and will close at 5pm on Thursday 31 August 2017 (“Registration Period”).
The Promoter reserves the right to extend or amend the Registration Period as its own discretion.

ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
Western Australia
Aged 18 years and over
Entry is restricted to the Perth Metropolitan area as determined by the address provided by the entrant on the official entry form. Prize includes delivery within the Perth metropolitan area (where indicated delivery is included in item 11). All other delivery costs are the responsibility of the prize winner.
Directors and employees of Home Base, Home Base Exhibitor and Tenants, including their immediate families, its agencies and companies associated with the competition are ineligible to enter.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY
Competition entrants are able to enter the competition in one (1) of two ways;
1) During the Registration Period, visitors to Home Base can complete one (1) official entry form and place it in the entry barrel/box provided.
OR
2) During the Registration Period, visitors to the Home Base website page can complete one (1) official online entry form and submit it online.
Competition entrants will be required to provide their personal details including but not limited to:
their name;
their address;
their phone number;
their email address
Entry to the competition is limited to one entry per individual. Any additional entries from individuals after the initial entry is entered into the prize draw database will not be included in the final prize draw and will be removed prior to the competition being drawn.

The first complete and legible entry selected at random from the official entry database will be deemed the winner. Entrants do not need to be present at the draw in order to win the prize. The draw will take place on Friday 1 September 2017.

Delivery is included within the Perth Metropolitan area only. The prize package as above will be displayed in the Home Base entry foyer during the Registration Period.

ITEM 14: OTHER CONDITIONS
The prize winner must adhere to any and all terms and conditions that are attached to the prize as supplied by the prize provider(s) (item 11).
The prize package is not transferable, able to be exchanged or redeemable for cash.
The total prize package is valued at $12,000. Any additional costs will solely be the responsibility of the prize winner. The items displayed at Home Base during the registration period are the items that will be awarded to the prize winner at the conclusion of the competition.
The prize package as described in item 11 will be displayed in the Home Base entry foyer during the Registration Period. All care will be taken to preserve the showroom condition of the above items throughout the competition Registration Period, however Home Base and Ooopenspace cannot be held responsible for any damage to prize items during the Registration Period.
All competition imagery – including social media posts, in-centre imagery, competition forms, magazine advertising etc. are for illustrative purposes only and in not indicative of the final prize. The finished in-home furniture set-up will need to be made available for photographing for the next edition of the Home Base magazine and for use on social media (Home Base and Oopenspace).
The prize must be redeemed by Friday 19 September 2017. All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
