Warm up and win free coffee for a year competition terms and conditions:
1. The promoter is Central Square Shopping Centre Ballarat of 18 Armstrong Street South, Ballarat Victoria 3350 (“Promoter”).
2. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.
3. Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter and associated promotional partners, their related companies and agencies and the immediate families of the above listed persons cannot enter this promotion.
4. This Promotion commences 09.00am (AEST) on Sunday 12 June 2016, and closes 4pm (AEST) Sunday 10 July 2016.
5. The major prize pool consists of one prize of a free coffee every day for a twelve month period at Gloria Jeans Central Square Shopping Centre Ballarat. The major prize is only available from the Gloria Jeans store located on level one, Central Square Shopping Centre Ballarat and consists of one regular size hot drink (tea, classic coffee, hot chocolate) per day valid from 16 July 2016 to 15 July 2017 to a total value of $1000. The prize does not include any add-ins such as flavour syrups and is for classic coffee only. Entry for the major prize draw is via an eligible entry form placed in the competition entry barrel located in Central Square Ballarat.
6. The minor prize pool is valued at $300 and consists of a $50 gift voucher to the following stores located in Central Square Shopping Centre Ballarat: BBs Café, Chequers, Kaye’s Café, Sandwich Chefs, Singapore Kitchen, and Subway. The prizes are not redeemable outside of Central Square Ballarat. Entry for the minor prize pool is via the Central Square Ballarat Facebook page only.
6. All prizes are only redeemable at Central Square Ballarat and will be provided by retailers operating within Central Square Ballarat.
7. To enter the major prize draw, entrants must make a purchase at any participating store in Central Square Ballarat to receive an entry form. Participating stores are: Famous Footwear, Rockmans, Valpied Shoes, BB’s Café and Rivers. Additional stores may be included without notice. Multiple entries are permitted. Completed entry forms are to be placed in the competition entry barrel located on the ground floor in Central Square Ballarat. To be considered eligible, the entry form must be written clearly and all details must be supplied including full name, contact phone number and valid email address.
8. For the minor prize draw, entrants must enter via the Central Square Ballarat Facebook page by liking, commenting and sharing the relevant promoter post.
9. This competition has no connection to Facebook whatsoever and is not sponsored, supported or controlled by Facebook in any way. The recipient of the provided information is not Facebook, but Central Square Ballarat. All questions, comments or complaints are to be referred to Central Square Ballarat and not Facebook. The supplied information is used solely for the execution of this competition by Central Square Ballarat and is not passed on to any third parties unless this should become necessary for the delivery of prizes.
10. A $50 gift voucher to Subway in Central Square Ballarat will be posted as a prize on Facebook on Sunday 12 June 2016 and the prize will be drawn randomly on Monday 13 June 2016 by the promoter.
11. A $50 gift voucher to Chequers in Central Square Ballarat will be posted as a prize on Facebook on Friday 17 June 2016 and the prize will be drawn randomly on Saturday 18 June 2016 by the promoter.
12. A $50 gift voucher to Kaye’s Cafe in Central Square Ballarat will be posted as a prize on Facebook on Friday 24 June 2016 and the prize will be drawn randomly on Saturday 25 June 2016 by the promoter.
13. A $50 gift voucher to Sandwich Chefs in Central Square Ballarat will be posted as a prize on Facebook on Friday 1 July 2016 and the prize will be drawn randomly on Saturday 2 July 2016 by the promoter.
14. A $50 gift voucher to BB’s Cafe in Central Square Ballarat will be posted as a prize on Facebook on Friday 8 July 2016 and the prize will be drawn randomly on Saturday 9 July 2016 by the promoter.
15. A $50 gift voucher to Singapore Kitchen in Central Square Ballarat will be posted as a prize on Facebook on Sunday 10 July 2016 and the prize will be drawn randomly on Monday 11 July 2016 by the promoter.
16. The competition entry barrel will be available in Central Square Ballarat from 11.00am (AEST) on Monday 13 July 2016 until 4:00pm (AEST) Sunday 10 July 2016.
17. Major prize winner selection will be conducted by the Promoter on Tuesday 12 July at 9am (AEST) at Central Square management office, 18 Armstrong Street South Ballarat Victoria 3350. The Promoter will select one major prize winner. The winning entry will be selected at the promoter’s discretion.
18. Minor prize winners will be notified via Facebook private message on the dates indicated in items 9 to 15 above. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. If selected winners do not acknowledge the promoter’s private message via Facebook within 24 hours, the prize will be withdrawn and a new winner will be selected. These winners will be redrawn on Monday 11 July 2016 and contacted via Facebook private message.
20. It is a condition of entry that the major prize winner participate in a photo shoot when receiving their prize and sign a photographic release to allow the Promoter exclusive use of the photographs for the purpose of the promotion and not excluding possible future marketing purposes.
21. By entering, the prize winner agrees to the use of their photo, name &/or statements for future promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.
22. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing & publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
23. The winners’ details will be used by Central Square Ballarat solely for the purpose of distributing the prizes and to promote their prize in a display at Central Square Ballarat and via the Central Square website and Facebook page. 25. The Promoter is not responsible for any human error which may occur in the processing of entries in this promotion.
26. If, in the judges’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the competition, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the competition, the judge reserves the right to terminate the competition, subject to state legislation.
27. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting a prize, except liability which cannot be excluded by law.
