2. The competition is open to residents of Australia only aged 18 years or over.
3.There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

7. Closing date for entry will be Sunday 23rd July 2017 at 11:59pm. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The winner will be selected on Monday 24th July 2017 at 12pm and contacted through Facebook or Instagram via private message by Milkcan Outdoor, to arrange delivery of the coupon.

11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
13. The prize is as follows: $200 voucher to be used on Milkcan Outdoor Products to use towards a makeover of your home.
14. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable or exchangable for cash. If the winner does not use the full value of the voucher, the difference will not be credited or refunded for cash. If the winner selects Milkcan Outdoor products that exceed the value of the prize of $200, the difference will be paid by the winner on checkout. The prize of $200 is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. If the winner selects their order to be delivered, they will be responsible for the cost of delivery, and can use their $200 voucher to include the value of freight if they choose to,
15. Winners will be chosen on Monday 24th July 2017 at 12pm.
16. The winner will be notified by DM on Facebook or Instagram within 24hours of the competition closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
17. The promoter will notify the winner when they are able to use the $200 voucher. The winner can choose to either use the voucher online, or in store at 56 Northgate Drive, Thomastown, VIC between the hours Monday - Friday 9am to Midday. If the winner is interstate, the winner can shop online, and select to pay for delivery. Milkcan will not cover delivery, however delivery can be included in the $200 voucher.
18. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
21. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
