1. Information on how to enter forms a part of the following Terms and Conditions.

2.The Promoters are: WhiteStar Group of Companies, WhiteStar Finance ABN 13 085 123 539, WhiteStar Property Investment ABN 98 101 515 842 and EnviroChoice Australia Pty Ltd ABN 74 084 035 530, Ground Floor 88 Ricketts Road, Mount Waverley, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia 3149.

3. Employees (Current and Past) and immediate family of the Promoter, promotional partners, their affiliated companies and their related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act), and persons under 18 years of age are ineligible to enter.

4. An entrant can only enter themselves once, but can however receive up to 5 additional entries under their name for each family or friend they share the competition with. Additional entries will only be counted if the shared email address is valid. For every shared email the original entrant will receive 1 additional entry into the competition draw. There is a maximum of 6 entries per original entrant.

5. Entry is only available to Australian residents over the age of 18 with a residential mortgage.

6. The competition will commence on the 09/01/2017 and will close at midnight on the 08/01/2018.

7. An entry is only eligible where all required information is completed, and submitted via the webpage by ticking the boxes that acknowledge the terms and conditions have been read. The payment to the winner will be made within 30 days of verification of information.

8. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition or to redeem prizes.

9. Prize is not transferable.

10. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received.

11. All eligible entries received during the period of the competition will go into the draw with the chance of winning: $15,000 cash which the winner may choose to use towards their mortgage

12. The entries will close on 08/01/2018 at midnight and the draw will take place at 1 PM on the 15/01/2018 at the office of the Promoters. The winner will also be notified by telephone and in writing within 72 business hours of the draw and details will also be published in The Age newspaper under public notices on 09/01/2018.

13. An unclaimed prize will be re-drawn at 1 PM on 15/02/2018 at the address of the Promoter. The winner will also be notified by telephone and in writing within 72 business hours of the draw.

14. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the promoters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. All entries become the property of the Promoters. Neither the sponsor nor any of their agents are responsible for lost, late, damaged, mistreated, incomplete or ineligible entries.

15. The information in this entry form is being collected by the Promoters for the purposes of the advertised competition and utilisation by the Promoters for marketing and promotion of goods and services.

16. The promoters may also disclose information collected from entry forms to their related entities, affiliated suppliers or contracted third parties for their marketing purposes.

17. By submitting this entry you consent to the promotional partners contacting you by telephone, email, social media or mail for an indefinite period. Unsubscribing to this promotion; if an individual does not want to receive any further calls from our organisation they must advise us in writing.

18. The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

19. It is a condition of entry that if you win the prize you agree to be photographed accepting the prize and you further agree that the promoter or its affiliated companies may publish such photograph in marketing, publicity and promotional material without payment or compensation to you.
