FACEBOOK SWEEPSTAKES RULES PRIZE: 1 prize only, consisting of the Najo 'Amazonia' cuff and ring, valued at AU$518.00 NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS IS A GAME OF CHANCE.
Please read these rules before entering the Najo Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all sweepstakes eligibility requirements.
Eligibility: If you are 18 or older at the time of entry and live in Australia or New Zealand, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Our employees, their Immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes beginning at 8:00am (AEST) on Monday, 7th August 2017 and ending at 11:59pm (AEST) on Friday, 18th August 2017 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). To enter you must: (1) go to
www.facebook.com/NajoJewellery and click on the “Giveaway” tab; (2) click the “Like” button to “Like” the page
www.facebook.com/NajoJewellery if you have not already done so; and (3) complete the online entry form. You must have a Facebook account and be logged in to your account to “Like” the page
www.facebook.com/NajoJewellery. Entry may not be available on mobile devices.
Mailing List: By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to being placed on the Najo Jewellery mailing list for promotional and other materials. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link contained within the email.
Prize: We will award one Prize consisting of a NAJO "Amazonia" cuff and ring, valued at AU$518.00
Prize Drawing: The potential winner will be selected at a random drawing to be held on Tuesday, 25th August 2017 after the sweepstakes has closed. We must receive eligible entries during the Sweepstakes Period for them to be eligible for the drawing. We will notify the potential winner by email within 2 business days following the drawing, and he/she will be required to contact us to arrange delivery. We will post the items free of charge, registered with Australia Post. We will select an alternative potential winner if the potential winner does not claim before the 3rd of January 2017, or meet the eligibility criteria. The prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. One additional entry will be awarded to each referrer whose Facebook friend enters via their shared link.
Winner’s List: The winner will be notified by email and subsequently posted to the Najo Jewellery Facebook page. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, Facebook.
