Sitting within the iconic Empire Hotel, Empire Chicken will specialise in classic juicy rotisserie chicken cooked to perfection using a top-of-the-line rotisserie oven, especially shipped in from France. The chooks will be served across a range of meals, burgers and salads (and even as a classic quarter chicken, chips and salad meal – a steal for $10!), alongside starters including arancini balls and salt and pepper squid. Plus with booth seating overlooking Brunswick Street and a bar serving a large rum selection and shared cocktails, there’s plenty to cluck about.
