Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees and Directors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of a Terry White Chemists, Chemmart, Chemplus or TerryWhite Chemmart store or other agencies or companies associated with the competition are ineligible to enter the competition.
The Competition commences on 26/08/17 at 9:00am AEST and closes on 30/08/17 at 4:00pm AEST.
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period, submit an entry to TerryWhite Chemmart via commenting on a 5 days of DAD TerryWhite Chemmart Facebook post which answers the specified question on that days post, in 25 words or less.

One valid entry per person per day is permitted.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
The most creative and engaging entry submitted during the promotion period and as determined by the judges in their sole discretion will be declared the winner of the competition. The 5 winners will be contacted on 31/08/2017 via a Facebook private message to the profile the entry was made. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If for any reason the preferred prize is no longer available, an alternative prize will be provided. The Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize or a part of the prize with a prize equal to the value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. If for any reason a prize is not claimed by the time determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion or the Promoter is unable to contact a winner, a redraw for the unclaimed prize will take place on 01/09/17 at 9:00am AEST at 50 Park Road Milton, QLD, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion to determine the identity of the entrant.

Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original literary work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party. The Promoter collects personal information provided by entrants to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
