The winner of this prize will take nine family and friends on a two-hour BBQ Buoys ride along the River Torrens for the ultimate VIP party on water.
You’ll be behind the wheel of the buoy – a circular boat – with a grill, table top, and essential utensils like cutlery and plates on-hand to prepare your own tasty BBQ
lunch.
A drinks package, WiFi and a Bluetooth speaker to blast your tunes will complete this unique experience.

1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the WIN a BBQ Buoys river ride competition (‘Competition’) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. All employees of the promoter and their immediate families of the promoter and its related bodies corporate are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, de factor spouse, child or step which (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, brother, sister, step brother or step sister.
3. The competition commences at 9am ACST 16 August 2017 and entries close at 11.59pm ACST on 9 October 2017.
4. Eligibility Criteria applies:
a. Entrants must be current full financial RAA member
b. Entrants must be 18 years of age and over to enter
c. Entries will be deemed accepted at time of receipt by RAA and not at time of transmission
5. Prize value is in Australian dollars. The prize is a two (2) hour BBQ Buoys ride along the River Torrens for ten (10) people. Prize includes a BBQ grill unit or table top as per the winners’ choice; tongs; plates; cutlery; napkins; rubbish bag; Bluetooth speaker; and a drinks package. Food is not included. A total prize value of $528.
6. The winner and their guests must not bring or consume their own alcohol onto the buoy.
7. The driver of the buoy must be 21 years of age or over.
8. The driver of the buoy does not require a boat licence, but must have a current car licence.
9. Passengers can be any age or size.
10. This prize is redeemable at any time BBQ Buoys offers free slots for two (2) hours and maximum ten (10) people, as long as the standard pricing applies (e.g. on public holidays, special fees may apply which will not be included in the voucher).
11. The voucher is valid for six (6) months from 1 September 2017 to 28 February 2018.
12. The winner must call BBQ Buoys directly to redeem their prize.

14. The draw will take place at 10am on 17 October 2017 at RAA, 101 Richmond Road, Mile End, SA, 5031.
15. The winner(s) will be drawn through a random electronic process.
16. The one (1) entry drawn that fulfils the competition entry criteria will win the prize.
17. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or received after the Promotion Period ends will not be considered. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be disregarded. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
18. The winner will be published in the summer 2017/18 edition of samotor, published on 8 November 2017.
19. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with redeeming the offer, receiving, or use of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
20. The winning members will be notified by email/mail/ or phone within 14 days of the draw using the details of his or her Membership as at that date.
21. In the event that RAA is unable to contact the winner within 28 days of the prize draw then a redraw will be conducted.
22. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken for cash.
23. The winners agree to make themselves available for publicity opportunities at the discretion of the promoter for a period of three months after the collection of prizes.
24. The promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
25. The promoter shall not be liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of accepting any prize. Independent financial advice should be sought by any person participating in the promotion.
