TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to residents of New South Wales, Australia. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and retailers within Newington Marketplace and the retailers’ employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Promotion commences at 9.00am on Friday 1 September 2017 and close at 5.00pm on Saturday 30 September 2017.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries/claims and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry/claims process or who submits an entry/claim that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries/claims will be deemed invalid.
5. There is a total of one (1) prize for this promotion with a total value of $500.
6. To receive an entry in this promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period, undertake the following steps: a) Fully complete the official entry form, including their full name, valid email address and their postcode of residence and submit the entry form online or to the designated in-centre entry box. b) Entries are restricted to one entry per person during the Promotional Period. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements. Customers are able to enter multiple times
7. The draw will take place at Arkadia Property Services, Level 1, 202 Military Road Neutral Bay NSW 2089 on Thursday 5 October at 12pm. The Promoter reserves the right to draw reserves in case of an invalid entry or invalid entrant.
8. The winner will be notified by phone and email within two business days of the draw. The winner will have their name published on Newington Marketplace’s Facebook wall on Thursday 5 October 2017.
9. There is one prize consisting of: a) 1x $500 Woolworths gift card
10. Prize must be claimed by 5pm on Saturday 14 October 2017.
11. The prize (or any unused portion of a prize) is not transferable (other than as indicated above) or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
12. If for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any prize that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
14. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. If any prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
16. As a condition of accepting a prize, each winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
17. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary from Monday 9 October 2017 in order to distribute any prizes that remain unclaimed at that date.
18. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into an email database and the entrants’ names and addresses may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
19. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all conditions of entry.
20. The Promoter may cancel the Promotion and not award the prize(s) where circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control prevent the Promoter from providing the prize(s). Should the Promoter cancel the Promotion the Promoter will: a) Advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice at Newington Marketplace and on the Newington Marketplace website and Facebook wall b) Promptly destroy all entries received; and c) Not use the personal information entrants have provided on the entry form.
