Spring is officially here, and October is BBQ month on Food Network. to help Celebrate Weber and Food Network are giving you the opportunity to win a Weber Family Q.
How to enter:
Simply take a photo of your tasty BBQ recipe, make sure you've cooked it and the photo is yours, then upload to Facebook or Instagram using the #MyFoodOnTV. Your account will need to be public to make sure we can see it - enter between the dates specified below for your chance to win!
The best photo's uploaded during the competition will be aired in October along with the winner announcement in its own TV commercial, so you can claim your bragging rights.
The prize
One winner will be awarded 1 x Weber Family Q Premium (Q3200) BBQ in Titanium colour LPG 5706214 valued at AUD$749.00 (RRP) inclusive of GST.
The competition period starts on Monday the 25th of September at 10:00 (AEDT/AEST) and ends on Monday the 16th of October at 06:00 (AEDT/AEST).
METHOD OF ENTRY
Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees of SBS, their associated companies and their immediate families are ineligible.
The competition period starts on Monday the 25th of September at 10:00 (AEDT/AEST) and ends on Monday the 16th of October at 06:00 (AEDT/AEST) (the “Competition Period”).

Upload a photo to Instagram or Facebook with #MyFoodonTV, this photo must feature food that has been cooked on a BBQ
Instagram or Facebook account must be set to public to enter.
Photo must be have been taken by the competition entrant, be the property of the entrant and not previously used to win a competition.
Allow SBS to house the prize entry aggregated by #MyFoodOnTV on Food Network
If your photo is selected as a winning entry, you must be able to provide an Australian postal address for the prize delivery. Prize delivery is only available within Australia. PO Boxes are excluded as a delivery address.

Entry must be submitted in accordance with entry requirements to be deemed valid.
SBS reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of Australian residency status at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity, in order to claim a prize. Acceptance of proof of identification, Australian residency status and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of SBS. In the event that a winner cannot provide proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
PRIZES
One Major Prize will be awarded consisting of:

An SBS representative will judge all valid entries on Monday the 16th October 2017, at 12:00(AEST/AEDT) at SBS Corporation, 14 Herbert Street, Artarmon, NSW 2064. The Major Prize winner will be notified by Instagram private message with details on how to claim the Prize.
If any of the Prize winners cannot be contacted by Wednesday 18th of October 2017 at 09:00 (AEST/AEDT), SBS or its nominated agent will award the Prize to the next best entry from all remaining valid entries (“Second Chance Draw”). The Second Chance Draw winner will be notified by Instagram private message Wednesday 18th of October 2017 at 10:00 (AEST/AEDT), with details on how to claim the Prize. SBS will publish the winners name on the Food Network website and the winners name and photo will be featured in the #myfoodonTV winner announcement TVC that will air between 23rd of October 2017 -31 of October 2017.
There may be circumstances in which the Promoter cannot provide the prizes as described for reasons beyond its reasonable control. In those circumstances, the Promoter will provide an alternative prize or prizes of equal or greater value to the promoted prizes.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
SBS accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages, or injury incurred to enter the competition or in connection with taking up the prizes.
Once prizes have left the prize supplier’s premises, we take no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
FINAL CONDITIONS
SBS takes no liability for any tax issues which may arise from accepting a prize in this competition. Consult an independent tax adviser if this is a concern.
Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). SBS accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, SBS (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal or permanent injury or loss of life; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon literary and creative merit. All entries must be the original independent creation of the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights.
