2. This is a game of skill competition. Each entry will be judged on creativity and ingenuity. Based on this criteria, a group of judges will deem the most interesting and inspiring entry. A winner will be selected from the pool of entrants between the specified dates. The judges decision will be final.

Entries are only open to Australian residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.4. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Plum®.

The closing date is Thursday 12th of October 2017 at 11:59pm (AEST). The winner will be chosen and announced on Friday 13th of October 2017 when the winner accepts the prize. Plum® reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
8. If you win the competition, we will notify you via email and or privately via Facebook. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within 3 days, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant.
9. There will only be one winner who will receive one prize based on their preference.
10. Prizing options include: Single Frame, Double Frame, Double Frame with Slide or Triple Frame in Teal or Lime from the Create Your Own Swing Set range. The winner will also be able to choose up to three swing accessories.
11.The prize cannot be transferable to another person.
12. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash, tickets or services.
13. If the advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.
14. It is a condition of entry that the prize winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize.
15. The product will be dispatched by the end of the week commencing 16th of October 2017.

17. The promotor reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the promotor included objectionable content, profanity, potential insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, any content which infringes the rights of another person, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or what has, in the sole opinion on of the promotor, engaged in conduct in relation to the competition which is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, improper or generally damaging to the good will or reputation of the competition and / or promotor. The promotor reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the promotor becomes aware that winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause. Incomprehensible, incomplete and/or otherwise indistinguishable entries will be deemed invalid.
18. All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition. Entry in this competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants' names and email addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. Additionally, all literary works submitted as part of an entry become the property of the Promoter and it is a condition of entry that those literary works may be used by the Promoter for their own promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without restriction.
19. It is a condition of entry that the promoter has the right to publicise the name and/or entry of the competition winner.
