Entry Restrictions
Open only to NT residents aged 18 or over and who are able to take the prize in Darwin, Friday 17th November 2017
SKYCITY staff, of any capacity, Spouses and/or de-facto spouses of SKYCITY staff or persons barred under NT
Legislation are not entitled to enter.
Promotional Period
The promotional period commences at 10.30am (ACST) on 17/10/2017 and concludes 11.59am (ACST) on 11/11/2017.

Entry Method
During the Competition Period, entrants must:
a) purchase any XXXX Gold in The Sportsbar (Eligible Purchase) for on premise consumption to receive one (1)
entry form (subject to entry form stocks remaining);
b) To enter the draw the customer must write their first name, surname, date of birth and telephone number legibly
on the back of the entry ticket and place this in the entry box.
It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to fill in their details on the entry ticket and to place the ticket(s) into the
designated barrel. To accurately complete an entry ticket, the customer must include their full name (first and last
name), full date of birth (to ensure they are 18 years of age or over) and contact number. If an entry ticket does not
have these details in full on it, the entry will be void.
Winner Determination Details
At 2pm on 11 November 2017, a prize draw will proceed in the following manner:
i. The entry barrel will be closed and will be spun
ii. One (1) entry ticket will be drawn from the entry barrel
iii. The MC will announce the name on the entry ticket three times over the public address system.
iv. The person who is named on the entry ticket does not have to be present to win
v. If the person is not present, they will be contacted within 48 hours, and notified that they are the winner of the
prize
vi. The winner has 2 days in which to contact SKYCITY who will advise of the booking arrangement.
vii. In the event that the winner has not been in contact or is uncontactable, a re-draw will be conducted. This redraw
process will continue in accordance with the above conditions.
Prize Details
There is one (1) prize to be won.
The prize is The Ultimate XXXX Gold Rugby League World Cup Experience. See item 6 for full prize details and
conditions.
The winner will be contacted by SKYCITY Darwin and who will advise of the booking arrangements.
Prize Pool
The total prize pool is valued at up to $350 (inc GST).
Entry Limits
There is no limit to the number of entries. Responsible service of alcohol will be adhered to, with refusal of service if
someone appears intoxicated.
Terms and Conditions
1. Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these
conditions.
2. The competition will be conducted in The Sportsbar at SKYCITY Darwin during the Promotional Period.
3. Entries must be received during the Promotional Period. Entries must be on the original entry form.
4. SKYCITY Darwin is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed or illegible
entries, correspondence or claims for prizes due to error, omission, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise.
5. The draw will be conducted at the time, on the date and at the location as stated in the Winner Determination
Details.
6. The prize is as stated in the Prize Details and consists of the following:
(a) Two (2) tickets to TIO Stadium World Cup Quarter Final; ($88.00)
(b) Transfers to and from SKYCITY Darwin to TIO Stadium; ($150.00)
(c) $100 Food and Beverage Voucher valid in The Sportsbar pre-game; ($100.00)
(d) Maximum prize value not to exceed $350.00 (including GST).
All other costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to any additional transfer costs, additional
meals, and other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner and his/her companions as incurred. The
prize is subject to any additional terms and conditions specified by the prize supplier/s.
7. The winner will be notified in accordance with the Winner Notification section of these conditions.
8. The winner (and their companions) must, at SKYCITY Darwin’s request, participate in all promotional activity
(such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to
SKYCITY Darwin using their names and images in promotional material.
9. SKYCITY Darwin and the Venue may require the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of
residency.
10. Identification considered suitable for verification is at SKYCITY Darwin’s discretion.
11. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new
winner of that prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry in accordance with item 5.
12. SKYCITY Darwin may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this
competition by, any person (including without limitation the winner) who tampers with or benefits from any
tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions,
acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any
other person or behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of SKYCITY Darwin or
any of its related bodies corporate or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to
law or is otherwise inappropriate.
13. SKYCITY Darwin may in its absolute discretion cancel the prize or otherwise cease to provide any benefit of the
prize to a winner (and their companion, if applicable) if the winner (or their companion if applicable), in the
opinion of SKYCITY Darwin, is under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behaves aggressively or
offensively, or behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of SKYCITY Darwin or
any of its related bodies corporate or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to
law or is otherwise inappropriate.
14 SKYCITY Darwin’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, subject upon request to a
review by the Director General of Licensing, Licensing NT, Department of Justice.
15 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
16 SKYCITY Darwin accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If the prize or any element of the
prize is unavailable for any reason, SKYCITY Darwin may substitute for that prize or element of that prize
another item of equal or higher value as determined by SKYCITY Darwin, subject to the approval of the relevant
gaming authority if required.
17 SKYCITY Darwin and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without
limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or
death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with
this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in
which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Nothing in these conditions restricts,
excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any
applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
18 Without limiting the previous paragraph, SKYCITY Darwin and its associated agencies and companies will not
be liable for any damage, loss or delay in transit to the prize.
19 SKYCITY Darwin may communicate or advertise this competition using Facebook. However, the competition is
in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants are providing their
information to SKYCITY Darwin and not to Facebook. Each entrant completely releases Facebook from any and
all liability.
20 SKYCITY Darwin is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice
should be sought. Where this competition involves, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary
consideration, entrants will follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s
length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
21 SKYCITY Darwin encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to
consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian

22 All entries will be the property of SKYCITY Darwin. The information entrants provide will be used by SKYCITY
Darwin for the purpose of conducting this competition. The information entrants’ companions provide will be
used by SKYCITY Darwin for the purpose of fulfilling the prize and otherwise administering this competition.
SKYCITY Darwin may collect entrants’ or their companions personal information (including through its
contractors or agents) or disclose entrants’ or their companions’ personal information to its related companies,
contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition, storing data or communicating with entrants or
their companions. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on
SKYCITY Darwin’s database and SKYCITY Darwin may use this information to contact the entrant with special
offers, news and information about its products, including contacting the entrant via electronic messaging. By
entering this competition, entrants consent to receiving SMS or email messages from SKYCITY Darwin which
