Eligible Entrants
Entry is open to residents of VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, WA, ACT, NT, aged 18 years of age and over.
Entrants must be a Registered Cardholder of the Woolworths Rewards Program to enter. "Registered Cardholder" means a holder of a Woolworths Rewards card issued by the Promoter excluding holders of temporary Woolworths Rewards cards.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its related entities and any agencies directly associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
How to Enter
To enter, each entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
Shop at a Woolworths supermarkets across Australia (excluding Tasmania) and purchase any Häagen-Dazs™ product in a single transaction and scan or input the details of your Registered Woolworths Rewards card. Receipt of purchase must be kept for verification purposes at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
Limits on Entry
Multiple entries will be accepted, however, each entry must be unique and submitted separately. For each one participating product in the qualifying purchase the entrant will receive one entry into the prize draw, until the maximum daily entry limit is reached. Maximum 7 entries per day per Registered Cardholder.
Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 00.01 AEDT on 08/11/17 and closes at 23.59 AEDT on 05/12/17 (“Promotional Period”).
Draw Dates
The draw will take place at 10.00 on 08/12/17 at Salmat, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney New South Wales 2060 Australia. The first valid entry drawn will receive the Major Prize. The next five valid entries drawn will each receive the Minor Prize.

All prize values are correct as at 26/09/2017 and are in Australian Dollars, but to the extent permitted by law, no responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for any variation in the value of the prize after that time.
Prize Limitations
Travel will be covered only if the winner lives outside of the state of Victoria. The winner must be able to travel on 20/01/18-22/01/18 and the winners details will be passed on to Häagen-Dazs™ to arrange travel bookings by 22/12/17. Prize winner and travel companion must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel.

Prize
The collection of the prize is the responsibility of the winner and the winner should allow at least 14 days from the date of the draw for the availability of their prize. Each prize will be organised between Häagen-DazsTM and the winner. Häagen-DazsTM will arrange a date and a time suitable for the collection of the prize and advise the winner how to collect the prize.
Notification of Winners Winners will be notified by phone within 2 days of the draw. The names and state of the winners will be published on woolworthsrewards.com.au by 12/12/17.
Second Chance Draw
If any prize is unclaimed, a second chance draw will be held on 22/12/17 at the same time and place as the first draw(s) in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes.
Winners will be notified by phone within 2 days of the second chance draw.
The names of winners (and addresses of any winners in SA if the prize is valued at over $250) will be published on 23/12/17.
