1. Eligibility: This Giveaway is open only to those who sign up at the phorestsalonsoftware.pgtb.me and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of Europe, North America and Australia and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Phorest Salon Software, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
2. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on November 23rd, 2017, at 13:00 (IST) and ending on December 6th, 2017, 17:00 (IST). All online entries must be received by December 6th, 2017, 17:00 (IST).
3. How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at phorestsweepstakes.pgtb.me. You must provide the information requested. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Phorest Salon Software. You may not enter more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Phorest Salon Software.
4. Prize: The (1) Winner of the Giveaway will be awarded a Polaroid Snap Instant Digital Camera. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Phorest Salon Software. The prize is nontransferable. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Phorest Salon Software to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
5. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: 1 Winner will be selected at random by ShortStack’s software and algorithm, under the supervision of Phorest Salon Software. The Winner will be notified by Facebook and email within five (5) days following the draw. Phorest Salon Software shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
7. Terms & Conditions: Phorest Salon Software reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Phorest Salon Software’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such case, Phorest Salon Software may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Phorest Salon Software. Phorest Salon Software reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
