TWIN TOWNS MARATHON
Get set to hit the ground running for 10 days from 4 April through to Sunday 15 April because the prizes at the end of the race are Gold!
Twin Towns will give away three Sea-Doo jet skis with a total prize value of $40,000, randomly drawn from members who visit the same Twin Towns Club (Twin Towns, Club Banora or Juniors) for the 10 days in a row. While you are there, you must make a qualifying purchase. A Sea-Doo must be won at each Club and each Marathon has its own winner.
Participating outlets include all dining venues and bars at Twin Towns, Club Banora and Twin Towns Juniors and your daily ‘qualifier’ can be as simple as a drink, a coffee, a snack or a meal.
Those who have been dreaming for years of owning a brand-new Sea-Doo might find they have the stamina and determination to complete the Marathon at all THREE Clubs. Members that visit all three Clubs on the same day for the specified ten days in a row will triple their chances of winning a Sea-Doo. Twin Towns will make it easier to get to your local Club by doubling the club-to-club bus service for the duration of the Marathon.
The first draw will take place at Juniors on Thursday 19 April, the second at Club Banora on 20 April and the third at Twin Towns on 21 April and the Sea-Doo model gets bigger and better with each consecutive draw.
All three Sea-Doos include a trailer and 12 months (Qld) registration. There will be runner-up prizes for finishers who gave it their best shot but didn’t make the podium.

Promotion Period
1. The “Twin Towns Marathon” promotion (“Promotion”) commences at 10am on Wednesday 4th April 2018 and ends C.O.B Sunday 15th April 2018.
2. The MAJOR draws for each venue will be held as follows;
a. Juniors – Thursday 19th April 2018 from approximately 6.30pm
b. Club Banora – Friday 20th April from approximately 6.30pm
c. Twin Towns – Saturday 21st April 2018 from approximately 6.30pm
Entry Requirements
1. Entry is open to all full members of Twin Towns Services Club over the age of 18 years.
2. This promotion is available at Twin Towns Services Club, Club Banora and Twin Towns Juniors.
3. An entry ticket (single and per venue) is issued by the following method only;
a. By visiting a single venue for ten (10) consecutive days during the promotion period and making a qualifying daily purchase from participating outlets.
4. Participating outlets include;
a. Flame Coffee Shop, Flame Pizzeria, Flame Bistro, Flame Carvery, Breezes Bar, Harbour Bar, Images Bar and Coffee shop, 1st on Wharf, Signatures, The Orient and Stars Bar, Harbour Fresh and Gusti
b. Banora Bar and Coffee Shop, Bistro bar, Island House, Slice & Fork
c. Juniors Bar & Wok and Grill.
5. Entries will be generated and distributed directly from point of sale terminals following the tenth (10th) consecutive day spend within the promotion period.
6. An entry constitutes ten (10) consecutive visits to the same venue during the promotional period.
7. Participants may gain a maximum of one promotional entry per venue during the period, with a maximum group entry of 3 tickets (one entry per site, across three sites)
8. Entries awarded following the successful “marathon” completion are to be placed in the corresponding venue barrel before the specific venue MAJOR draw date.
9. Tickets will be marked accordingly with venue location
10. The barrels will be available in venue from Friday 13th April 2018 at all sites will close at time of draw at each venue.
11. It is the responsibility of the entrant to accept their entry from the staff member at the till following purchase. The Club, will make promotional material available at the outlets for the information of customers.

12. Prizes for the promotion are as follows per venue;

Major Draws
13. From approximately 6.30pm across all venues on selected draw nights, nominated entries will be drawn until winners make themselves known to promotion staff.
14. Participants must be present at the club whereby each individual draw takes place.
15. Winners must be present to claim their prize, and have four (4) minutes to make themselves known to promotion staff at the draw site.
16. If after 4 minutes the prize is unclaimed, it will be redrawn
17. Draw locations across the sites will be as follows;
a. Twin Towns Stage (will only be announced from the Stage in the Harbour Lounge)
b. Club Banora Stage (announced only from the Stage)
c. Juniors Bar (announced from the Bar)
18. If the prize remained unclaimed at any stage due to no valid entries remaining, an electronic draw will take place from those people who visited the draw site with purchases nine (9) times during the promotional period. This will be drawn and conducted from data direct from point of sale technology. These persons must also be present.
General
19. As with all promotions, full members must use their own cards. Cards cannot be used by proxy.
20. Persons whom qualify for the major draw will be notified additionally by SMS.
21. The total potential maximum prize pool for the ’Twin Towns Marathon” promotion is $39,320
22. Prize Winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
23. Major Prize Winners acknowledge prize registration is only available from the dealer in Queensland and are required to undertake any costs for a change of registration.
24. Prize Winners may/may not elect to seek insurance for the water craft, as the promoter (Twin Towns) will not accept any liability/claim after the prize has been transferred to the winners.
25. Twin Towns Services Club Limited is the promoter. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.
26. Twin Towns Services Club (“the Club”) reserves the right to cancel or change the prize offered under this promotion if there are changes to the law which would render the promotion or any of the prizes offered unlawful.
27. Decisions of the Management of the Club are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
28. To the extent that a situation or issue arises for which these terms and conditions, make no provision or in relation to which the relevant terms and conditions are unclear, the Club reserves the right to make a decision regarding such a situation or issue in its sole and absolute discretion and such a decision will be final and binding.
29. Staff, Management and Directors of Twin Towns Services Club are not eligible to enter the promotion.
30. Participation in the promotion by a patron confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions of the promotion
31. Should a prize winner consent to having his/her photograph taken, that selected prize winner consents to having his/her name and photograph published in any form of media and agrees to participate in any reasonable promotion material requested by the Club.
32. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to malicious IT and computer damage, bugs, virus, tampering, fraud and technical failure, or any other causes beyond the control of the Club, which corrupt or affect the security and integrity of the promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual or group who tampers or attempts to, manipulate the entry process.
33. If for any reason technology fails during the promotion, or a technology provider to the club experiences failure, the club will endeavour to correct the issue in a timely manner, but will not be liable for any tickets unable to be produced by this event.
34. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be entered into a database. The promoter may use the entrants name, address and telephone number for the distribution of prizes as well as future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media.

35. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner.
36. The laws of the state of New South Wales govern this promotion.
