Competition terms and conditions
By entering into this competition you accept all of the terms and conditions listed below.
By entering into this competition you agree to receive via email the City of Tea Tree Gully e-newsletter.
Entrants to this competition are eligible to win a either a Waterworld season pass or one of five Waterworld family passes.
To be eligible to win, entrants must sign up to receive the City of Tea Tree Gully e-newsletter during the competition period, which commences 9am Monday 20 November and Ends 5pm Monday 18 December.
Entry is open to South Australian residents only.
City of Tea Tree Gully employees, Councillors, and immediate family members of employees and Councillors are ineligible to enter.
No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The winner will be notified within 24 hours via email, or unless otherwise advised. They will also be advised where they can collect the prize if appropriate.
If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.
The prizes are not transferable.
Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The City of Tea Tree Gully’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition closes at 5pm on Monday 18 December 2017 (ACST).
The winner will be randomly chosen and announced by 5pm on Tuesday 19 December 2017.
