The ever popular Davo's Tackle World 'Fish of the Week' Competition has been totally revamped and it's now even bigger and better than ever.
Every week some lucky angler will not only win a $50.00 Davo's Gift Voucher, they'll also receive a $50.00 lure pack from our new competition sponsor 'ChaseBaits Australia', redeemable at:
Davo's Tackle World Noosa. That's a whopping $100.00 prize!
In the new look competition there will no longer be a nominated fish species and the biggest fish won't necessarily win the prize.
We'll essentially be looking for the best presented catch (or catch and release) fish photo for that particular week. Tip: damaged or scaled fish are unlikely to make the grade.
Please Note: An interesting fishy story or report and/or a nice toothy smile to go with your fish photo could very easily tip the scales (excuse the pun) in your favour.
To enter the Fish of the Week Competition, send your photo (which should be the unedited, original from the camera) to:
info@fishingnoosa.com.auInfo such as where, when, on what (lure, bait) helps with your entry. Plus any other info such as what else was on the bite, was it released, conditions.
The competition deadline is 9.00am every Friday. The judge's decision is final. The winner will be announced in Friday's Weekly Fishing Report.
Please Note: The weekly prize must be claimed (by telephone, email or in person) before 9.00m on the following Friday. To be eligible, all fish entered must be caught on the Sunshine Coast.
