Entrants: Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents currently living in Australia aged 18 years and over who have a Facebook account, who fulfil the entry requirements and are able to take the prize on the specified dates.

Entry Restrictions: Must be aged 18 years+ and have a Facebook account. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate families” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.

Entries are deemed to be received at the time and on the date that they are received by Facebook.

Judging Details: Judging will take place between 9:00am Thursday 14th December 2017 and 6:00pm Wednesday 10th January 2018 AEDT.
Judging Criteria: This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner(s). Each valid entry received will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter). The prize will be awarded to the one (1) most creative and original entry as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion for each of the twelve (12) posts.

Notification of Winner(s): Promoter will advise the provisional winner as a reply comment to their post in the comments section of the Smith’s Facebook Page between 9:00am Thursday 14th December 2017 and 6:00pm Wednesday 10th January 2018 AEDT.
The comment will ask the provisional winner to direct message Smith’s and provide their full name, date of birth and Australian mailing address by Friday 12th January 2018, before 5:00pm AEDT.
