1. Information on how to enter the NEW CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS FOR YOUR HOME Competition (hereafter referred to as ‘the competition’) forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. Participants must enter the competition by collecting an entry form available at participating stores during the promotion period, correctly completing an entry form and placing it in the competition entry barrel located on the ground floor at Central Square Shopping Centre.
3. Entry forms are available at participating stores at Central Square Shopping Centre.
4. Entry is only open to residents of Victoria. Employees and tenants of the promoter and their staff are ineligible to enter.
5. Multiple entries are permitted.
6. Central Square Ballarat Shopping Centre accepts no responsibility for any complications associated with completing the entry form and placing completed entry forms into the competition entry barrel.
7. The Competition will run from 9am Friday 27 November 2017 until 4pm Sunday 7 January 2018.
8. The prize draw will be conducted at the centre management office on Tuesday 9 January 2018.
9. Winner will be drawn randomly. Entries must be legible. Illegible entries may be deemed invalid by the promoter and a new winner will be drawn.
10. The prize consists of pre-selected Christmas decorations supplied by Myer Ballarat, valued at RRP $830.00.
11. The Winner(s) will be notified by Central Square centre management by phone and/or email
12. In the event that the prize winner does not contact Central Square Ballarat within 14 days to claim their prize we will assume that the prize is unclaimed and a new winner(s) will be selected at random on Tuesday 23 January 2018.
13. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The winner(s) must present identification to claim their prize; this identification must match the winning entrant’s details. The prize must be collected from the Central Square Ballarat Centre Management office open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or by phoning 03 5333 4330.
15. The winner(s) must sign a prize collection form when they collect their prize.
16. If any winner(s) is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
17. The winner(s) understands that they must participate in any promotional work as a result of winning the prize and may include photos on the Central Square Ballarat Facebook page, Instagram page and website, and in the local newspapers.
18. The promoter shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. Prizes will not be paid out in cash. Prizes are not transferable to others.
