Epping North Shopping Centre January Facebook Competition Terms and Conditions:
Conditions of Entry:
1. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. The promoter is Epping North Shopping Centre (on behalf of Shopping Centres Australasia Property
Group Ltd).
3. Promotion commences 9:00 AEDT on 4
th January 2018 and entries close at 4.00 pm on 11 January
2018.
4. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Management and staff of stores at Epping North Shopping
Centre are ineligible to enter. Management, staff and contractors of Colliers are ineligible to enter.
5. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:
Like the Epping North Shopping Centre Facebook, comment what their favourite school holiday
activity is and tag a friend! There are two school holiday packs to be won. Two winners will be drawn
at random.
6. The winner will be drawn on 11 January 2018 at 4.00 pm.
7. The winner does not have to be present at the draw to claim the prize.
8. The winner must be willing to have their name and photo used for publicity purposes
9. The winner will be notified via Facebook and/or Messenger. Colliers is responsible for advising the
winner.
10. The prize is not transferable for cash
11. If the winner is not able to be contacted within three (3) months of the draw, a second draw will take
place on the 11 April, 2018. The new winner will be notified via Facebook and / or Messenger.
12. Winners must provide identification when collecting prize. If the winner is under the age of 18, a
parent or guardian must accompany winner and provide identification when claiming any of the
prizes.
13. Two (2) winners with a valid entry will be drawn and will receive one (1) board games pack each.
14. The total value of the prize pool is $150 each.
15. The value of the prize is correct and accurate at the time of printing and is subject to change.
16. The promoter shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including
but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result
of participating in the promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
