Terms & Conditions-Narooma Plaza Easter Promotion 2018
1. Entry into the promotion is to be an acknowledgment of these conditions of entry. 2. To enter the competition the customer must be at one of the Plaza Bunny visiting times & get an appropriate photo (selfie) with the Narooma Plaza Easter Bunny. 3. Once you've taken your selfie all you have to do is upload it to the Narooma plaza facebook page (
https://www.facebook.com/Narooma-Plaza-153292374708237/) 4. Any inappropriate photos will be deleted from the Narooma Plaza Facebook page & will not be able to re-enter the competition. 5. The competition will start from Monday 26th March 2018. Selfies must be uploaded by Monday 2nd April 2018. If you don't have access to facebook you can email your photo's to
enquiries@naroomaplaza.com.au & we will upload your photo for you. 6. The photos with the most likes will win. The winners will be selected & notified by phone on Wednesday 4th April. All winner's will be published on our facebook page, website and around Narooma Plaza Shopping Centre. 7. Employees of the promoter , Narooma Plaza and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Narooma Plaza traders, staff and their immediate families including Woolworths staff are ineligible to enter. 8. There will be 5 prizes to be won. Which are $50.00 worth of Plaza vouchers (the vouchers will come in 5 x $10.00, as no change can be given). 9. These vouchers can be spent in participating Plaza stores*. 10. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. 11. Narooma Plaza vouchers expire on 29th June 2018. 12. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into it. 13. Narooma Plaza reserves the right to use any entries for publication. The winner and winners parent/guardian may also, be at the request of the promoter, winners maybe required to participate in publicity activity on behalf of promoter. 14. If the winner is unable to be contacted by Friday 6th April 2018 the prize will be given to the photo with next most likes. 15.The promoter reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant for submitting any entries which are not in accordance with these conditions of entry. 16. The promoter reserves the right to , at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. 17. To the full extent permitted by law neither the promoter nor any of their associated agencies accepts any liability for any injury, damage, expenses or loss of what so ever to persons or property arising from or in connection with this competition. 18.* Participating stores are: That Garden Centre, Plaza Newsagency, Narooma Medical Centre, Millers Fashion, Roxy's Cafe, New Body Massage, Heads Together Hair & Beauty, Octopus Preschool, Silly Willy's Discount & Craft stores, Plaza Pharmacy, Plaza Cellars. 19.
