TERMS
-For each new annual Member that successfully joins the CYCSA, the referring Member will be entered into the draw. Members get a single entry for every Social Member that they sign up, 2 entries for other Member categories; Racing, Member, Intermediate, Associate etc. and 4 entries for every Senior Member.

-The new annual Member must be fully financial & succesfully joined and accepted between 1 March and 31 July 2018.
