The winner will be selected at random to ensure that the selection is based entirely on pure chance.
Each entry must be submitted after April 12th 2018
and must be on the ABC Blinds Facebook post by 23:59 WST Monday, April 30th, 2018 The prize is an ABC Blinds Makeover (supply and installation of ABC Blinds' shutters, curtains or blinds) to the retail value of $500, plus a free consultation with an ABC Blinds' stylist. If the value of the selected product and its installation is greater than $500, the winner will be required to pay the difference between the prize value ($500) and the actual ABC retail price of installing the selected product.
The prize is for the makeover of a single window only and any installation of the selected prize (curtains, shutters or blinds) must be within the Perth metropolitan area. Once randomly drawn, by May 7th 2018, the winner will be notified via Facebook within 24 hours of the draw.
Entry is open to only to Western Australian residents over the age of 18 years. Multiple entries are allowed but each entry must be submitted separately, in accordance with the entry requirements, with a different friend tagged in the post.
The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Terms and Conditions of Entry and that entry into the ABC Blinds promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of entry.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of post.
ABC Blinds' directors, staff members and the company's suppliers and contractors, or any of these persons' immediate families, are ineligible to enter the promotion.
Prizes are not transferable, substitutable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash (including any unused portion), unless otherwise approved by ABC Blinds.
Each entrant must follow and act in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities.
By entering and participating, the entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the ABC Blinds Window Makeover Promotion, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any prize-related activities, acceptance of a prize and/or use or misuse of a prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).

If the desired ABC Blinds product is unavailable, ABC Blinds reserves the right to substitute the requested product to a similar product of equal or greater value and/or specification.
